Your role

As Lead Engineer, you take the lead in the day-to-day technical execution within the service team. You ensure that work is well planned, executed, and completed at a high level, while maintaining structure and oversight during the boating season.

You work closely with the Technical Service Manager, who is responsible for the overall operation, while you ensure flawless execution on the ground.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and organize daily and weekly service activities across the service hub

  • Coordinate work with Service Engineers and external partners

  • Execute maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on Wajer yachts

  • Take the lead in diagnosing and resolving technical issues during the boating season

  • Support and coordinate parts and inventory-related activities

  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners

  • Manage administrative tasks, including work orders, time tracking, inspection reports, and service documentation in the Wajer App

This role requires flexibility and availability during peak boating season, including hands-on work under pressure.
