Technical Service Manager

    • Miami, United States
  • Technical Services

Job description

Welcome to Wajer Yachts – Where Luxury Meets Craftsmanship
At Wajer Yachts, we don’t just build yachts, we create exceptional experiences around the world. From Heeg to Ibiza and from St. Tropez to Miami, our yachts turn heads wherever they go. That’s no coincidence. At Wajer, we are driven by innovation, uncompromising quality, and ultimate comfort. And it all starts with a team of passionate professionals like you.

Is your next step as Technical Service Manager in Miami?
Based in Miami, you operate at the heart of our US service organization, where performance and customer experience come together. At Wajer, “Without a worry” isn’t just a promise. It’s the level our owners expect, every day. As Technical Service Manager, you lead the technical operation behind that promise. Together with your team: a Lead Engineer, two Service Engineers, and a Parts Coordinator, you ensure our fleet is always in flawless condition. You bring structure to a dynamic environment, lead from the front, and make sure everything runs exactly as it should, even when the pressure is on.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and manage capacity, skills, and continuity across the service hub

  • Ensure a consistent “Without a worry – 9+ service level” for our clients, together with your international colleagues

  • Manage and coordinate external local partners where needed

  • Lead technical operations, including parts and warehouse management

  • Oversee and take ownership of troubleshooting during the boating season

  • Be ultimately responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance across the fleet

You will work closely with the Operations Manager USA and Project Manager USA, and report directly to the Area Manager USA.
