You’ll build a CRM framework that’s not an afterthought but the backbone of our commercial growth in international markets.

Job description

You’ll build a CRM framework that’s not an afterthought but the backbone of our commercial growth in international markets.

Wajer Yachts is looking for a CRM Manager who can turn customer data and marketing automation into a well-structured and effective operation. This is a new role with plenty of space to shape it. You’ll work hands-on in HubSpot, structure data, set up flows and make sure we strike the right chord with customers, from first contact to long-term relationship.

You’ll be part of our marketing team, where technology, brand and customer experience come together. Not a support role, but one where your work has real impact on how we stand out as a premium brand.

About Wajer

Wajer Yachts is a Dutch family-owned company that designs and builds luxury yachts ranging from 38 to 77 feet. Our yachts combine high performance with timeless design. From our hubs in Saint-Tropez, Ibiza, Mallorca, Miami and The Hamptons, we support our customers with everything they need. Our motto: Without a worry.

Over the past few years, we’ve grown significantly. We now have over 300 colleagues working across six countries. CRM is playing an increasingly important role in our commercial strategy. We’re looking for someone to bring structure, develop processes and make the most of our tools.

The role: CRM with vision and action

As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for both the strategic and operational side of our CRM efforts. We recently implemented HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and automation. The platform is up and running, but the structure, segmentation and flows are still being developed. You’ll bring order, build smart use cases and ensure the platform delivers on its potential.

You’ll ensure our communication reflects customer behaviour, commercial priorities and international context. You’ll work closely with colleagues in digital, campaigns, events, partnerships and sales, all part of a nine-person marketing team. You’ll turn ideas into clear workflows, automate where it makes sense and make sure everything is measurable. You’ll also work closely with the performance marketing specialist to align CRM and acquisition campaigns. You report to the Marketing Manager and operate independently, within clear guidelines.

This role is based at our commercial office in Amsterdam, where sales and marketing work side by side and our customers’ yachts are moored nearby. You’ll have a full-time contract. Hybrid work is possible (up to one day a week from home), and we provide on-site parking.

Examples from the job

Lead enrichment and qualification
A new lead comes in through the website. You notice a strong potential based on their location or profile. You set up an automated process in HubSpot that pulls in public data using external sources or AI tools. Things like address details, professional background or interests are added to complete the customer profile. This helps sales prioritise and follow up more effectively.

Drip campaign for a sea trial
A prospect signs up for a sea trial. You ensure they receive a personalised flow: a confirmation with preparation details, a reminder with directions and a follow-up tailored to the sailing area they’re interested in. You build the campaign in HubSpot, run tests and fine-tune it based on results.
