I am responsible for the daily operational aspects of personnel management, such as handling administrative tasks related to onboarding, transfers, and exits, managing absenteeism, and processing salaries. I also oversee the onboarding of new colleagues at the shipyard in Heeg and serve as the daily point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR matters. I find Wajer to be a genuinely dynamic company where every day is different, and where incredibly friendly colleagues work together on creating a beautiful product.
