Summer Crew
In our service hubs in Amsterdam, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, and Mallorca, our captains and crew are ready to support clients through our Summer Care program. Clients can take advantage of this program during the summer months to access our services 24/7. These services include, in addition to technical support, daily cleaning, provisioning, and covering of the yachts, and, if desired, providing a (permanent) captain.
Before the summer season, all crew members go through the Wajer Academy. This internal course covers topics such as the technology and sailing characteristics of Wajers, the sailing areas around the hubs, etiquette, and house rules. After successfully passing the theoretical exam, a practical weekend is held in the Côte d’Azur or Ibiza, ensuring that all deckhands and captains are fully prepared for the sailing season.
