The assembly/disassembly department is responsible for installing and fitting furniture on board our yachts. Additionally, we handle the installation of various other components such as glazing, window frames, hardtops, and decks. As a foreman, I am responsible for leading the team and managing the planning, organization, and execution of tasks on the shop floor. I ensure that all preparations are made for a smooth production process. I also lead the daily team start-up meetings so that everyone knows what is expected of them for the day and the rest of the week. I have been working at Wajer with great pleasure for almost 10 years now. What makes working at Wajer enjoyable for me is the team spirit, the high quality, the craftsmanship, and of course, the end result.

Warehouse Manager "It’s crucial that the warehouse is well-organized, so you never run out of essential parts." I am responsible for the warehouse, overseeing everything that comes in and goes out. I handle every component used in the ships. It is important that the warehouse is well-organized to ensure you never run out of a part when you need it. Otherwise, production could face immediate delays. Therefore, you need to be precise and structured, as well as plan ahead to anticipate what will be required.
